WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RETREAT?

6 days/5 nights – Twin share accommodation with exclusive use of the property, especially for our HER Retreat participants at Basundari Retreat, Ubud.
​
Please Note: A Medium level of fitness is required as Basundari has
stairs leading from the bottom to the top of the property.
​
Your retreat commences at 4.00pm, Monday 22nd June and ends at
11.00am Saturday 27th June 2020. It is essential for all participants to arrive at
Basundari Retreat Centre by 3.00pm Monday 22nd June,
to prepare to commence our retreat together at 4.00pm

YOGA
Daily morning yoga sessions to assist with integration and embodying your truth.

MEDITATION/RELAXATION
Daily meditation journeys creating space for you to dive deep into the realms of your subconscious mind. You will also have some time each day to reflect and contemplate by the pool.

CREATIVE EXPLORATION & JOURNALING
Expressing yourself through creative processes is one of the best ways
to reconnect and to remember who you are.

GROUP SESSIONS
Laura Elizabeth leads each session and has carefully tailored a program with processes to
help you dissolve limiting beliefs, heal ancestral wounding and trauma and reclaim
your voice and power. This immersion aims to bring you into a space of
ultimate empowerment, from which you can continue to thrive and self-heal,
creating the life you love and deserve, Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually.

MEALS
All meals are included. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Delicious nutritious sattvic breakfast buffet style with fresh organic fruit
and vegetables, infused water, teas and coffee.

Fresh tasty vegetarian/vegan lunches and dinners. All meals prepared by
one of Ubuds’ most notable local chefs. Menus vary daily, you won't be disappointed.

Laura Gillett, Founder & Facilitator
Laura Elizabeth, founder of HER Centre in Perth Western Australia
Author, Self Healing Coach, Channel and Intuitive Holistic Therapist.
Laura Elizabeth is a Scottish born Author, Retreat & Workshop Leader, International Radio Host, Self Healing Coach, Erotic Maven and Intuitive Holistic Therapist based in the Perth Hills of Western Australia. It is her intention to inspire others on their own journey to remember, reconnect and reclaim their truth and power by sharing her understanding of spiritual processes and by being of service.
Laura’s life’s purpose is to be of service to the evolution of our collective consciousness by reaching as many women as possible, while providing a safe and authentic space to reclaim and access their God given power.

Weaving Ancestral Wisdom aims to work deeply with the Motherline
and ancestral DNA patterns. We access these energies through your
energetic ‘womb space’ to unlock stagnant beliefs, conditions and emotions
that have coloured your life and decision making for generations.

Laura was inspired and intuitively guided to offer the very first Weaving Ancestral Wisdom in Scotland,
where her own ancestors bones fuel the landscape. In June 2019, Laura took 11 incredible, powerful women
through her transformational process and it was clear that she had channeled something unique
and potent, which then went on to sell out in Perth, Western Australia in July & November 2019
and then in Seymour, Victoria and Melbourne, Victoria Australia.
Each workshop evolving more and more, carried by the release and wisdom
of the women who heard the call before them.

Is an ancient and sacred practice that initiated and educated women into their power,
pleasure and purpose in the Priestess Temples. It is Laura's hope and intention to bring this powerful,
transformative, life changing modality back into this time and space with a view to
making it 'normal' practise for any woman who feels called.

Jan Boyanich, Founder & Co-ordinator
Jan is a Retreat Coordinator and has has been involved in organising retreats in Bali
and workshops and events in the community for several years.
She understands your needs and is there to assist as you make plans to join us in Bali.
​
On retreat, Jan will be there set you at ease, answer your questions
and care for you. Jan is a Reiki Practitioner, loves to sing, has been a long time member
of the funky Nourish Women's Choir and an acappella quartet. She also runs a small tour group
business for women, which fulfills her love to travel.
She is happiest when joining all the dots and seeing everything come together
and she is passionate about supporting women on their journey of transformation.
Courtney Bourke, Yoga Teacher
Courtney is a graduate of the My Health Yoga 350 hour registered Yoga teacher
training and the Bliss Baby Pre/Postnatal yoga teacher training.
She is also a registered yoga teacher with the My Health Association.
Courtney teaches deep flowing Hatha/Vinyasa, helping her students to connect movement
with breathe in meditative rhythm. She is truly in her element when
creating and sharing energy with her students.
​
Her passion is to share deep pranayama and asana practices with her students to nourish
their mind, body and spirit. Courtney lives in Roleystone WA with her husband and 3 boys.
